In the fourth quarter of 2022, the top 5 dining and restaurant apps in the United Arab Emirates showed dynamic trends in downloads and active users on a unified platform. Here’s a closer look at their performance:

KFC UAE - Order Food Online saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 31K in early December. Active users also showed a positive trend, rising from around 112K at the start of the quarter to 141K by early December, before settling at 130K by the end of the year.

McDonald’s - Non-US experienced a stable download trend, with weekly downloads fluctuating between 11K and 22K. Active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 143K and peaking at around 157K in mid-October before ending the quarter at 142K.

Pizza Hut UAE- Order Food Now showed a consistent download trend, with weekly downloads ranging from 8.6K to 12.8K. The app's active users grew steadily, reaching 40K by the end of December from a base of 33K at the beginning of the quarter.

Starbucks UAE had a moderate download rate, peaking at 8.5K in early October. Active users increased throughout the quarter, rising from 44K at the start to 54K by the end of December.

Zomato: Food Delivery & Dining saw a relatively stable download trend, with weekly downloads ranging from 2.8K to 5.3K. Active users remained robust, maintaining around 244K to 267K throughout the quarter.
